Dont just study solitary words, but learn them in context. Every vocabulary word has an example sentence--most quoted from the classics. In addition, listen to the pronunciation (American) to engage your other senses.

It is marvelous learning tool.Feels like I have found a treasure.Very highly recommended.
Decent words and definitions.. It would be better with some etymology, origin of words and thesaurus. Think its gonna be upgraded!
The words are good uncommon words that most of us have heard but we may not really know their meanings outside of the context they are often used. I say they are uncommon -- but not archaic, unused or weird words. Its a nice fun app that will help anyone improve his or her vocabulary with useful words we all probably "should" know. The pronunciations, definitions and examples are great. If you like words, this is a good app. I would NOT recommend this to non-native English speakers, however, because the words are not used in everyday speech. The biggest improvement Id recommend it to add more randomness to the definitions used in quizzes.
